ABOUT US

Arizona Synergy was founded by a team of coaches and parents who believe in the power of positivity to teach, practice and honor the sport of artistic swimming.  Our goal was to start a team where all kids can thrive and make memories while being treated with equal consideration and respect.

OUR GUIDING PRINCIPLES

• We believe that sports build character in children and adults and it is our duty to provide an environment in which each child can succeed.

• We consider it our calling to help kids develop into productive, tenacious and successful people through artistic swimming

• We believe that attitude, desire and work ethic are more important to success than raw talent.

• We promise equal treatment and consideration of all our athletes, honoring their unique strengths and qualities.

• We believe that each child deserves grace (unmerited favor) and that this helps them grow both in their lives and in their sport.

• We hold our coaches to the highest standards of conduct, professionalism and ethical behavior.

• We believe that all kids should have access to a sport they love, at least at the recreational level, regardless of financial and family circumstances and we strive to provide fundraising opportunities for families to offset tuition costs.

• We believe that family support and involvement are critical to a child’s success and we communicate often with our parents and families

• We believe that the process is more important than the outcome and the sense of belonging to a team is while achieving your goals is the purpose of organized team sport.

• We believe in giving back to our sport, our community and our families.
